Not able to get special Characters like "€"


Issue in getting special characters by sending ALT+Numkeys e.g. ALT+0128 gives Euro symbol, windows onscreen keyboard also gives the symbol but not able to get through your dll

Why not replacing...

public static void SimulateTextEntry(string text)

var chars = UTF8Encoding.ASCII.GetBytes(text);


var chars = UTF8Encoding.Unicode.GetBytes(text);


The SimulateTextEntry function will then be more useful for non-english people.

The latest version should have full support for the UniCode pages now. There's a test that iterates through the known code pages (well, a cheat's test anyhow).
