The function SimulateTextEntry uses ASCII encoding and losing the high bytes for Unicode.
Direct conversion of char to ushort works correctly for unicode.

The library, as the existing pInvoke solutions, doesn't work with DirectX applications. The key inputs are simply ignored by any game (or other kind of app) that uses DirectX.
